Worked well for us! : Imse Vimse Water Shoes - Pink 12-18 Months

These are the best water shoes for a dinky one the are a cross between water socks, water shoes and like snorkel socks. They are soft with an awesome nonslip footing and are very comfy.

The size 2 - 3 comfortably fits my 18 month old with size 6 feet and he has room to grow yet they don't fall off. We bought these because the pool exterior was cutting up his toes and he was getting huge scraps. He has worn these to the pool and to a water park and they have worked Perfectly at both! Wish they had them in adult sizes!!!
